On the occasion of 'Ratha Saptami' our school organized sun salutation on 13th feb 2019 [Wednesday].
The sun is vedic God.He is regarded as the provider of energy by our forefathers. Much before the atmospheres discovered it. Our asana or poses done in flowing manner with breath synchronization This Constitutes one cycle.
