Janmashtami celebration, Thursday -18/8/2022

"May Lord Shri Krishna showers his blessings on all and give courage to everyone".

Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great pomp and festivity by the tiny-tots of pre-primary section and primary section at cygnet Public School New Narhe. A splendid and colorful program of dahi handi was organised by school. Children came dressed in ethnic wear as Radha and Krishna. Dahi Handi Puja was done by our respected trustee Mr. Rushiraj Sawant sir, Mr. Thite sir and our beloved principal mam Ajita mam.  Students and teachers performed dance and drama which is based on the life of Lord Krishna. Dahi handi was decorated with flowers and garlands. It was broken by tiny tots with the help of student council, teachers and …co-ordinators.

This celebration helped the students to learn teaching of Lord Krishna.
