Cygnet public school New Narhe had organised International yoga Day on Tuesday 21st June 2022.

In morning school assembly yoga teacher Mrs Kavita Dharmadhikari had given Introduction on importance of yoga in our daily routine life.

Yoga which recharges the body with cosmic energy and facilitate the attainment of equilibrium and harmony between body mind and soul has immense importance in human life.

Celebration started with yoga

Prayer, Gayatri mantra, warm up exercise with zumbaa, Sun salutations, asanas, Breathing exercise and meditation.

All the students, Teachers and principal mam participated in all these activities.

By celebrating International yoga day students get awareness about mental, physical and spiritual growth in life. Altogether 2200 students and 101 Teachers participated and performed sun salutation on the occasion of yoga Day celebration.
