Maharashtra Day is celebrated to commemorate the formation of the state of Maharashtra after its division from Bombay State on May 1, 1960. Since this day is so important for the people of Maharashtra. Cygnet Public School (New) Narhe, celebrated *Maharashtra Din* with lot of energy and enthusiasm. The celebrations started off with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Principal Mam Mrs. Ajita Parbat, the reciting of the Pledge and National Anthem. Principal mam Addressed & wished all the Attendees *'Happy Maharashtra Din and Happy Labour's Day.'* All Teaching and Non-teaching Staff were present for this Event. The Program is ended with a Vote of Thanks by Coordinator Mr.GaneshDhumal.
