MEDITATION & MINDFULLNESS
Shilpaa Mam first explained difference between mindfulness and meditation.
She beautifully explain the meaning of about two words after that she was given one task 2 hours 5 things which are surrounding to us due to this activity we can divert our mind and can reduce the stress I'll after this she was given another test to write five things which we hear touch and smell or any test we all we all complete the task then she ask what do you feel we answer that our mind divert from stress we feel energetic in this way she explain how we can divert our mind at least 10 to 20% she also said when we divert our mind scientific their neutrons metre train on so that our mind becomes clam one of the chemical released in our nerves i.e cortisol,BP becomes normal. Thus we maintain our emotional balance .Next she asked which is which is the most important area in our life some teachers answers family dream Social awareness health etc she told same care self loss mile is very important for happiness for meditation she used bowl for different sound formation due to such sound we will Deep Inside in our mind make she and ask what do you feel everyone feels happy nice etc she also told us if someone angry don't you angry be clam and that time again she gave us one task to write thanks list form your life to complete this task she give only 5 minutes she observe that some teachers still thinking some teachers write the list some teachers after 5 minutes still writing ultimate list of good things is more

1. Be happy in any situation
2. Reduce your stressed by meditation everyday
3. Always talk positively positive words impact on our mind
4. Once hour attitude towards everybody is positive it come towards you in multiple ways
5. Emotional balance is very important
6. Use some practical task to reduce trace of students in your class
7. Problems never end in everybody's life instead of panic youth some ideas to reduce stress
8. Be careful when we speak
9. Our speaking level decides our behaviour
10. We can change our mind and thinking level by diverting our mind
