Palkhi Celebration


Maharashtra, the land of saints and legendary rulers has great tradition of warkaris, the devotees of lord Vitthal. It teaches unity, devotion and value of classless society. Warkaris commence their annual pilgrimage on foot to Pandharpur from Dehu and Alandi. We, at Cygnet Public School, celebrate Palkhi to give a feel of devotion and dedication of warkaris to students. This year too it was celebrated with enthusiasm. Premises was filled with young children dressed as warkaris. Madam Ajita Parbay, Principal and Madam Shital Tak, Assistant Campus Director of the school addressed students and informed about dindi,warkaris and the importance

Diwali Celebration


Diwali is the five-day festival of lights, celebrated by millions of Hindus, Sikhs and Jains across the world. The festival, which coincides with the Hindu New Year. Our cygnet Public school (N) Narhe celebrated "Diwali party" On 2nd Nov 2018, Friday. Diwali is a festival of light and happiness. Children enjoy crackers, lamps light during Diwali and eat Diwali food with family and friends. Diwali is considered as symbol of purity and enjoy it with safety and happiness. On this day students of class I to V came in traditional attire. There was "Class decorations competition" for Class I to Teachers and students are decorate the classes with lanterns and put rangolis in front of classes.

Republic Day 2020



26 Jan Republic Day Celebration
The 71 th Republic Day was celebrated on January 26 at the school grounds. The students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity and brotherhood. The event began at 8:20 am with the hoisting of the Indian National Flag by the Chief Guest of the day Dr.Ravi Joshi followed by the National Anthem. Class VII danced to the tunes of patriotism, enacted skits, sang patriotic songs, and even wore tri-coloured clothes to mark the occasion.
The Chief Guest in his address highlighted the significance of the day, and made the children aware that the future of their country lies in their hands. Hence they need to study well now and inculcate good values in life, which will help them to be good citizens of the country.

Republic Day 2020


26 Jan Republic Day Celebration
The 71 th Republic Day was celebrated on January 26 at the school grounds. The students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity and brotherhood. Navratri Celebration


Our School organized Navratri Celebration on 17th Oct 2018 Wednesday. On that day all students and teachers came in traditional attire.
Navratri celebration was on ground. First Bhondla celebration was there. Trustee Mr. Rushiraj Sawant ,Ass.Campus Director Mrs. Sheetal tak madam and Principal of CPSN Mrs. Ajita parbat mam were present for the function.All Students enjoyed this celebration with bhondala songs and garbha songs.

Navratri Celebration

Our School organized Navratri Celebration on 17th Oct 2018 Wednesday. On that day all students and teachers came in traditional attire.

The school marathon was organised on 17th Dec 2017. This is mainly to encourage mass participation and to instill values of promoting good health amongst students, teachers and community through mentioned programme.
The theme for this years’ Runathon was “Sports build up self esteem and mental alertness.”
This initiative has been taken by Cygnet Public School (New) – Pune. The event aims to bring enthusiastic professional and novice runners on one platform defining the true spirit of humanity and sportsmanship by generating awareness for health through fitness for all.
Venue – Balewadi Stadium, Pune
